Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

Ownership. tradewithmotion.com, the Trade With Motion platform and the MOTION terminal are owned and operated by Premier Technical Consulting LLC ("Premier Technical Consulting", "we", "us"), which is the sole and 100% owner of the platform. No revenue share, profit share, team distribution, referral commission, cashback, staking reward, badge, role or other arrangement gives any person an ownership interest in the platform, its software, its brand or its data. References to MOTION in these Terms mean Premier Technical Consulting LLC and the Service it operates.

These Terms govern your use of tradewithmotion.com and the MOTION terminal (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by law, including if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. What MOTION is

MOTION is a market intelligence and trading terminal. It shows market data, scores, gates, signals, Reads and other context about digital assets. Context, not calls. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Scores and states such as Warming and Motion detected describe the evidence MOTION observed. They are not predictions and do not mean an asset is safe. Reads are opinions of the people who post them.

3. Non custodial trading

MOTION never holds your funds or private keys. When you trade, MOTION prepares a transaction through third party routing such as Jupiter or PumpPortal, and your own wallet asks you to sign it. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every transaction. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by MOTION.

4. Fees

MOTION charges a platform fee on swaps routed through MOTION. The rate depends on your account type (standard, Team or Founder) and is shown on the trade ticket before you sign. Network, priority and routing costs are separate. For some bonding curve tokens the trade is routed through PumpPortal, which charges its own fee as shown in the ticket. Fees may change, and the fee that applies is always displayed before you confirm. Rewards, cashback and referral programs, where offered, follow the rules shown in the Service and may change or end.

5. Risks

Digital assets, especially new and meme tokens, are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose all of the money you trade. Tokens may be illiquid, manipulated, or fraudulent, and developers may remove liquidity. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Smart contracts, wallets, routers and networks can fail. You accept these risks.

6. Accounts

You may sign in with X, Google, or a supported wallet. You are responsible for your accounts, wallets and devices. Keep your seed phrase private. MOTION will never ask for it. We may approve, limit, suspend or remove access to the Service, including during the beta, at our discretion.

7. Your content

You are responsible for your profile and anything you post, such as Reads. You keep ownership of your content and give MOTION a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host and display it in the Service. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing, or that promotes scams or market manipulation.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to break security or access controls, scraping or overloading it, reverse engineering it, impersonating others, using it for market manipulation, fraud or money laundering, or interfering with other users.

9. Third party services

The Service relies on third parties, including wallets, Jupiter, PumpPortal, data providers, X, Google and Cloudflare. Their services are governed by their own terms, and MOTION is not responsible for them.

10. Changes to the Service

We keep improving the Service. Features may be added, changed or removed, and some may be marked as experimental. Creating an account and using the Service is currently free, apart from the platform fee on trades, which is shown before you sign.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including the MOTION name, logo, software and design, belongs to Premier Technical Consulting LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the Service as allowed here.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTION AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, FUNDS, DIGITAL ASSETS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO MOTION IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MOTION and its operators against claims and losses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive, including 2, 3, 5 and 12 to 16, survive termination.

16. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by changing the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Premier Technical Consulting LLC about the Service.
