tradewithmotion.com, the Trade With Motion platform and the MOTION terminal are owned and operated by Premier Technical Consulting LLC, the sole and 100% owner of the platform. Premier Technical Consulting LLC is responsible for the information described in this policy.

This policy explains what information Premier Technical Consulting LLC, operating as MOTION ("MOTION", "we", "us"), collects when you use tradewithmotion.com and the MOTION terminal (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Email (optional): if you give us an email address, for example on our earlier signup form, we keep it to send account notices.
Profile: the display name, handle, bio, website link and avatar choice you enter.
Reads and notes: content you post in the Service, such as Reads on a token.

Information from sign in providers

X: when you connect X we receive your X user id, username, display name, profile picture, follower count, verified status and account creation date. We request read only access (users.read and tweet.read). MOTION cannot post from your account or read your direct messages. We do not store your X access token.
Google: when you sign in with Google we receive your Google account id, email address, whether the email is verified, your name and profile picture. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes.
Wallets: when you sign in with Phantom or Solflare we receive your public wallet address and a signed message proving you control it. Signing in is not a transaction and costs nothing. We never receive or store private keys or seed phrases.

Information collected automatically

Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in, to secure sign in flows and to remember access. We do not use advertising cookies.
Browser storage: the terminal stores preferences such as Simple or Pro view and filters in your browser. This stays on your device.
Technical data: our servers and our network provider, Cloudflare, process IP addresses and basic request data to deliver and protect the Service. For signups and contact messages we keep only a one way hash of the IP address to limit abuse.

Public blockchain data

Blockchain activity is public. MOTION reads public on chain data, such as token balances and transactions, to provide market context. If you link a wallet to your profile, your profile can show the tokens that wallet holds, subject to the visibility setting you choose. MOTION may analyze public on chain activity, including relationships between wallets, to protect the integrity of rankings, rewards and the Service.

Contact us messages

If you use the Contact us form we keep your name (optional), the email or X handle you leave, the topic, your message and a one-way hash of your connection address (to stop spam). Only the owner can read these messages, and they are used only to reply to you.

How we use information

To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
To manage access to your account and send important service notices.
To show your public profile, followers and, if you allow it, your holdings.
To prepare transactions you request. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet.
To calculate fees and any rewards or cashback tied to your trading activity.
To prevent abuse, enforce our Terms and keep the Service running.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

What is public

Your profile name, handle, bio, avatar, website and follower lists are public. Your X handle appears on your profile only if you enable it. Your holdings are public, visible to followers only, or hidden, depending on your setting, and you can exclude individual wallets. Your email address and Google account are never shown publicly.

Service providers

We share information only as needed to run the Service, with providers such as:

Cloudflare, for hosting delivery and security.
X and Google, when you choose to sign in with them.
Resend, to deliver email, if email delivery is enabled.
Jupiter and PumpPortal, to build swap transactions you request. They receive your public wallet address and trade details.
Solana RPC and market data providers, such as Helius, Birdeye, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal, to read public chain and market data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.

Retention

We keep account and profile information while your account is active. Sign in sessions expire after 30 days. Signup records are kept while your account exists or until you ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by anyone.

Your choices

Edit your profile and holdings visibility at any time from your Account.
Link or unlink sign in methods, as long as one remains.
Revoke MOTION's access in your X or Google account settings.
Ask us for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by contacting us below.

Security

We use signed, http only session cookies, rate limits and access controls. MOTION is non custodial: we never hold your funds or private keys. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your wallet and accounts.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify users in the Service.
